Thank you for scheduling our mechanic services. Please note that our cancellation policy states that deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled 24 hours before the service date. This is because we reserve a specific time slot and allocate resources for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to ask. To confirm your appointment and ensure our team is prepared to provide the best service, we require a deposit of $50.
