What types of vehicles do you work on?

We work on most makes and models including petrol, diesel, 4WDs, commercial vehicles, and fleet vehicles.

Can a scan tool always tell what part is faulty?

Not always. Scan tools provide clues and fault data, but proper diagnostics and testing are often required to accurately identify the cause of the issue.

Do you accept customer-supplied parts?

In most cases, no. For warranty and insurance reasons, we generally only install workshop-supplied parts to ensure quality and reliability.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept EFTPOS, bank transfer, cash, and selected finance/payment options including Afterpay, Zip Pay, and Humm.

Can I wait while my car is being serviced?

For smaller services, possibly. For larger repairs or diagnostics, we usually recommend dropping the vehicle off for the day.

Why is early morning drop-off recommended?

Morning drop-offs allow us enough time for proper testing, diagnostics, and sourcing parts if needed during the day.
